Donate Money, Food or Supplies

Most of the programs at FCDC require a certain number of funds to be able to provide the service to our community. Monies donated to FCDC can be designated for specific needs (Food Pantry, Medication Assistance, Baby Immunizations, Summer Food Program). Financial gifts can also be donated for FCDC to use as the staff see best for the programs at FCDC. Without the financial gifts and support of our community, FCDC would not be able to provide the wide range of care and services to our community. Your financial gift enables FCDC to continue its ministry to those in need in the Wa-Nee area.

Estate planning is another way in which an individual or family can support FCDC. Money may be given to the FCDC endowment through the Elkhart Community Charitable Foundation. Those endowed gifts ensure an ongoing source of investment and support for FCDC. DONATE ONLINE NOW

If you would like to support FCDC through the donation of supplies, your gift would help immensely in keeping the expenses at a minimum. Copy paper for printing, cleaning supplies and the like are always in need.

There are many opportunities for individuals, families, and groups to donate food to the Food Pantry at FCDC. Most of the food given to clients comes from donations from the community. Schools hold canned food drives. Churches have boxes available in their buildings for donations. Individuals and families make it a personal project to bring food to the pantry.

Non-perishable items are always in need: canned food, oatmeal, cereals, and other pre-packaged foods. Donations of meat can be accepted and kept frozen in our storage area.

Personal care items are also available to our clients in the Food Pantry. Deodorant, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, and zip lock bags are examples of what could be donated for personal care.
